These sessions give you a chance to explore a deeper connection to yourself with a variety of tools, techniques, exercises, reflections, affirmations & movements.  These classes can help you connect more to your inner treasures, and help you create more happiness and harmony in your heart, mind & body - thus with others and in the world.

The meditations are either guided with simple steps or with freedance, giving you a chance to explore your own natural ways of moving and being.

All the music is carefully chosen and is uplifting, healing and inspiring.  Each session has a different theme.

It is suitable for all ages and abilities, everyone can move at their own pace. It is a light and joyful way of releasing old energy and bringing in new thoughts & feelings. Its great for people who love to meditate yet are unable to sit too much.

  • Warm up & Connecting with our body/breathe

  • Connecting with the Self

  • Connecting/sharing with others

  • Connecting with God, nature, the world

  • End Sitting Meditation (usually on gratitude)

  • Group sharing


I have been incorporating dance meditation in my workshops, courses & retreats for over 12 years.
