Enjoy simple steps, expressive free-dance, creating your own moves, dancing with others and easy yoga/floorplay/relaxation.

All the music is carefully chosen to be uplifting and healing with some inspirational lyrics so you are welcome to sing along!  

Moves can be adapted to all ages & abilities but you will need to be able to up & down to the floor.

Each term is carefully crafted with a particular theme.

I am a Certified Nia Blue Belt, Nia Free-dance Instructor and also a mindfulness, movement & meditation teacher.  I have extensive experience in dance & wellbeing and have been facilitating classes, workshops & retreats in Oxfordshire and beyond for over 14 years.

Dance Meditation (created by me over the past 14 years) is an uplifting blend of soulful reflections, creative dance (including the use of props) & mindful movements to connect with & express, the goodness, power & beauty within.
