Nia is a joyful holistic movement practise that blends dance, martial & healing arts (incl. yoga).
Dance Meditation (created by me over the past 14 years) is an uplifting blend of easy reflections, creative dance & mindful movements to connect with the goodness, power & beauty within.
Classes include simple steps & expressive free-dance & are danced mostly barefoot.
All the music is carefully chosen to be uplifting, healing and inspiring.
Each class is carefully crafted with a particular theme.
Moves can be adapted to all ages & abilities but you will need to be able to up & down to the floor.

I am a Certified Nia Blue Belt & Nia Free-dance Instructor and also a mindfulness, movement & meditation teacher. I have extensive experience in dance & wellbeing and have been facilitating classes, workshops & retreats in Oxfordshire and beyond for over 14 years.

This term's overall theme is MOVING INTO LOVE.
just 5 spaces people max in each class.
We will move in my beautiful garden if the weather is suitable,
otherwise we will be in the clean light studio with underfloor heating
