Love your body, Love your life with a fabulous feel good fusion of creative dance, holistic movement (Nia) & meditation/mindfulness.

Each term is carefully crafted with a particular theme.

Classes include simple steps, expressive free-dance & are danced mostly barefoot.

All the music is carefully chosen to be uplifting and healing with some inspirational lyrics so you are welcome to sing along!

Moves can be adapted to all ages & abilities but you will need to be able to up & down to the floor.

Nia is a joyful holistic movement practise that blends dance, martial & healing arts (incl. yoga).

Dance Meditation (created by me over the past 14 years) is an uplifting blend of soulful reflections, creative dance (including the use of props) & mindful movements to connect with & express, the goodness, power & beauty within.

I am a Certified Nia Blue Belt, Nia Free-dance Instructor and also a mindfulness, movement & meditation teacher.  I have extensive experience in dance & wellbeing and have been facilitating classes, workshops & retreats in Oxfordshire and beyond for over 14 years.  I  have been performing/creating shows ever since I was young and I am currently studying to be a KFA Laban Dance Fitness Teacher.

I will be offering two more online courses until May 2021 when we officially reopen again - yay!

The 4 WK COURSES START on 21st & 22nd APRIL - Cost = £35
