Love your body, Love your life with a fabulous feel good fusion of Nia movement & dance meditation.

Nia is a joyful holistic movement practise that blends dance, martial & healing arts (incl. yoga).

Dance Meditation (created by me over the past 14 years) is an uplifting blend of easy reflections, creative dance & mindful movements to connect with the goodness, power & beauty within.

Classes include simple steps & expressive free-dance & are danced mostly barefoot.

All the music is carefully chosen to be uplifting, healing and inspiring.

Each class is carefully crafted with a particular theme.

Moves can be adapted to all ages & abilities but you will need to be able to up & down to the floor.

I love to move, dance & relax and id love to do it with you!

I am a Certified Nia Blue Belt & Nia Free-dance Instructor and also a mindfulness, movement & meditation teacher.  I have extensive experience in dance & wellbeing and have been facilitating classes, workshops & retreats in Oxfordshire and beyond for over 14 years.

***Mon 6-7pm (1 SPACE),  Weds 7-8pm (3 SPACES),  Thurs 11-12noon (3 SPACES)***

Im offering some free tasters during half term for new students to come and try. 

The term's theme is MOVING INTO PEACE.
