But what is a wellbeing coach I hear you ask?

I am similar to a life coach/mentor but my focus is on all aspects of wellbeing. As more and more people deal with stress, low energy, overwhelm, frustration and self-doubt they are now turning to positive ways to overcome such pressures. Enter the role of the wellbeing coach: to re-motivate, re-inspire, re-energise and help people get back on track and more out of life.

What is wellbeing?  

There are lots of different definitions and it's different for all of us, The Oxford Dictionary describes it as the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy, and the Collins dictionary says it is the condition of being contented, healthy or successful. 

For me it is about keeping healthy, happy & harmonious and looking after myself (body, mind, emotions & spirit) in the best way I can.   As a trained wellbeing coach I will be a listening ear and offer you guidance & support to discover your optimum wellbeing. I will empower you to find your own answers and to discover what works for you.  

How can I help you?

I will be a guide for you, to bring a clear understanding of your issues & concerns and to help you to reframe/ re-interpret them. I will help you to look forward to your aspirations and the goals that you wish to achieve, inspiring you to make any necessary changes in your behaviour to ensure the realisation of those objectives and desires. Through skilfully listening, questioning, reflecting, encouraging, challenging, and supporting, I will inspire you to look towards your future with a positive attitude, helping you deal with any challenges and problems in the best way possible.

What will you need?

You will need to create some extra time for yourself alongside a deep desire to change. This is very important.  You will also need an open heart & mind.  Together, we will un-earth the best path to take you where you most want to go in your life.  My hope and wish is for you to be happy and to enjoy your life as much as you can.  And I will do my best to help you get there!

How I work?

Initially I offer a free 15 minute discovery call. There we can get to know each other and you can tell me in what ways you need help. I will then know if I can help you or not and I will offer a suggested program.  

I work at the moment on line but when the lockdown has finished I can also meet you personally at my space - we can sit or we can walk & talk.

I am a member of the association of coaching and am fully insured.
