I hope you are your family are staying well.. I am currently updating the website & adding a new booking system. I am hoping to be opening the space again soon during the summer as the lockdown eases (1-1s & small groups).

Treat yourself to an uplifting, nurturing & heart-warming retreat day 

Move & stretch your body with some Nia Dance, Fitness & Wellbeing. Learn easy steps, sequences and play with your own creative free-dance, alone and with others.

Feel good with some Dance Meditation, Mindfulness, Massage & Inspirational Music (Vicky’s songs & others).

Get creative with an easy & fun crafts activties - like making a mood board, a collage or some positive affirmations cards.

Relax in the garden/or inside & Share with other like minded people.

Enjoy vegan nutritious foods, drinks and snacks.

EACH RETREAT IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED WITH DIFFERENT THEMES AND CAN INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE ACTIVITES .... SEE BELOW. 

Retreats consist of a morning & afternoon session (of 3 hours each) with an hour for lunch
