I hope you are your family are staying well.. I am currently updating the website. I will be opening the space again in August. Yay! The garden is gorgeous and waiting for you. I will be offering some Nia Dance drop in sessions, some art/craft workshops & retreat days. 1-1's or small group bookings are also available on request. All my events are now listed on here.
Please contact any of other therapists/teachers individually as they will be offering treatments & other events very soon (at various times).

Feel good inside with some Meditation, Mindfulness, Self Massage & Inspirational Music (Vicky’s songs & others).
Get creative with easy, fun art & craft activities - like making a mood board, a collage or some positive affirmations cards.

EACH RETREAT IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED WITH DIFFERENT THEMES AND CAN INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE ACTIVITES ....
Retreats consist of a morning & afternoon session (of 3 hours each) with an hour for lunch
