EACH RETREAT IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED WITH DIFFERENT THEMES AND CAN INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE ACTIVITES ....
Retreats consist of a morning & afternoon session (of 3 hours each) with an hour for lunch
If you have a group of friends/colleagues you'd like a bespoke retreat for please contact me. I also offer tailored 1-1 retreats with B&B.
The retreats are facilitated by me, Vicky Rainbow, Wellbeing Coach, Dancer, Creative Artist & Singer/Songwriter with over 14 years experience in facilitating workshops/retreats. Id love to create a special time for you to move, create, relax and unwind in my beautiful space.
